Validity
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Usage
Gift cards can be redeemed online only at www.thedrinksbureau.com. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Partial Use & Balance
If the total order value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method. If the order value is less than the balance, the unused amount will remain on the card and can be used on future purchases within the validity period.
Lost or Stolen Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card code like cash.
Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be issued as store credit.
Promotions & Discounts
Gift cards cannot be purchased using discount codes or included in promotional offers, unless specifically stated.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
